Statement of Beliefs
A concise summary of the biblical convictions that guide our fellowship.
The Scriptures
The God-breathed Scriptures are perfect as originally given and are our supreme and final authority for believing and godliness.
God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit
We believe in one God, the Creator; Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son whom He raised from the dead; and the workings of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ, Our Mediator
Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, God was in Christ, and he is the mediator between God and humankind.
Humanity and Sin
Adam’s sin brought spiritual separation from God and physical death, and all people are born with a sinful nature.
Salvation and New Birth
Jesus Christ died for our sins. Those who confess him as Lord and believe God raised him from the dead are made righteous, born again, and given eternal life.
Resurrection and Ascension
Jesus Christ was bodily raised from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is seated at God’s right hand.
Christ’s Return
We look forward to Christ’s personal return, our gathering together unto him, and the bodily resurrection of the just and unjust.
The Fullness of Holy Spirit
The fullness of holy spirit, power from on high, and the nine manifestations are available to every born-again believer.
Marriage and God’s Design
God established marriage as an exclusive, lifelong union between one man and one woman, with sexual intimacy reserved for that marriage relationship.
Believing and Freedom in Christ
God’s promises are available according to believing faith, and believers are free to receive what Christ accomplished for them.
